The room was a good size and the air conditioning was superb. the hotel retained its typical Portuguese character. There was a good choice for breakfast. the staff were very welcoming and so helpful. the hotel was beautiful, historic, clean, and in a great location. Breakfast room tables were spread out to avoid sitting too close and hand sanitizer was readily available.
There were no tissues or bottled water in the room. A small fridge would have been very useful.

The staff at Casa De Sao Mamede went above and beyond to accommodate my request for a quiet room, and I was delighted with the spacious and comfortable room I was given. The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough, and the breakfast in the lovely dining room was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and in a safe neighborhood. Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything. The rooms are comfortable, with good quality white linen.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming hotel just outside the bustling city center. The location was perfect, with the Rato metro station only a few minutes away, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly staff were always on hand to assist us, and the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day. The hotel's beautiful dining room added to the overall experience. The only downside was the outdated key system, which was a bit tricky to use.
